Matt Howe

What got you into recruitment?

In 2004, after returning from a deployment to Iraq with the 82nd Airborne Division, Matt Howe was selected for recruiting duty and attended the U.S. Army Recruiting School at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. It was there that he developed a deep understanding of candidate sourcing, building strong talent pipelines, and the importance of recruiting individuals who meet or exceed high standards.


Those same principles—discipline, precision, and a commitment to excellence—continue to serve as the foundation of how we approach every search for our clients today.
